Google Chrome: Changing Language In Google Chrome

Is the preferences of your Google Chrome not in your preferred language. Google Chrome's font and language setting let you read the Web and use the browser in your native tongue. Here is a short tutorial to change those settings.

Go to Wrench Icon
Click on Options
Go to the Under the Hood (Tab)
Scroll down and select Change font and language setting under the Web Content section.
Select Languages (Tab) from the dialog box appeared.
If you want to change the entire webpage or the content of the pages then add your preferred language then follow the 6^th step in the picture.
If you want to change the behavior, menus, tooltips, dialog boxes etc then follow the 7^th step shown in the picture.
Press OK
Press Close

Okay, now is there a way to disable Javascript and NOT HAVE TO RESTART the browser?? Restarting is ANNOYING when you have a bunch of windows open that have to reload.
